The Boondock Hippy are a 9 piece; foot stomping Blues/Roots & Soul Band(complete with 2-piece horn section) from London. Following a sell-out show at The Hard Rock Cafe & PizzaExpress Live + support slots with both The Hoosiers and Toploader, the band are bringing their unique sound back to Holborn on Wed the 17th of July. The guys have been extensively playlisted on BBC Radio 2/BBC Radio Scotland and BBC 6 Music; as well as live appearances on BBC Radio London(The Gaby Roslin Show) and BBC Radio Kent. They have also featured on Channel 4-Sunday Brunch. If you fancy a night of Blues/Roots/Soul and Funk (& some covers thrown in for good measure)...look no further!
