‘An Evening in Paris’ takes you on a musical journey to Paris in the company of the Belgian/ French singing star, Gabrielle Ducomble and her band. Gabrielle, who has established herself in both the UK and Europe with her crtitcally acclaimed performances, brings her special blend of Gallic charm and musicality to both new audiences and old friends. Singing in English and French, she performs iconic songs by the likes of Edith Piaf, Serge Gainsbourg, Michele Legrand, and Jacques Brel, plus her own original numbers. With her authentic band, Gabrielle Ducomble will take the audience on a musical trip to the jazz cellars of the back streets of Paris for an evening of Parisian chanson, Parisian Tango and jazz, for a unique experience of the Parisian joie de vivre through her music, From ‘La Vie en Rose’ to ‘Libertango’, they will have ‘No Regrets’.

Belgian / French singing star Gabrielle Ducomble was born in Belgian. She is both a vocalist and a composer, renowned for her pure, beautiful voice, which combines sophistication and powerful emotion. She has earned wide acclaim for her Parisian jazz and tango arrangements, presenting a fresh, contemporary take on iconic songs by the likes of Piaf, Piazzolla, Legrand and Brel, and becoming an ever popular performer in the UK and across Europe. Gabrielle has so far recorded three successful albums, J’ai Deux Amours (2011), Notes from Paris (2014), and Across the Bridge (2018). She moved from her native Belgium to London following success reaching the final of the French Pop Idol in 2003 and studied jazz at the Guildhall in London.
Gabrielle has performed at some of the top London music / cabaret venues, including the Royal Festival Hall, Royal Albert Hall, Ronnie Scott’s, Pizza Express Jazz Soho, Crazy Coqs, Hideaway, and of course the Pheasantry. 

Gabrielle received rave reviews for her two shows The Michel Legrand Songbook, and The Music of Claude Nougaro (“Wow. Just wow” London Jazz News / ‘Parfait’ Jazz in Europe). 

Interviewed on London Live TV and on BBC Radio 4’s Loose Ends for the release of Notes from Paris album (Jazz FM’s Album of the Week) presenter Emma Freud praised Gabrielle’s “astonishingly beautiful voice”. 

Gabrielle is delighted to once again be presenting her critically acclaimed cabaret show ‘An Evening in Paris’ here in London at Chelsea’s famous Pheasantry cabaret room.
