The Birgit Beer Trio presents favourite songs of all the musical genres from Bacharach to Csardas - the Hungarian blues. Soprano Birgit Beer grew up in Vienna, with a career that has seen her perform in the world's greatest opera houses including Berlin, Vienna, Paris and Munich, under the likes of Solti, Domingo, Abbado and Del Monaco.

Now based in London, the Birgit Beer Csardas Trio features the music of Hungary and Austria, alongside classics from the worlds of opera, operetta, chanson, musical theatre and classical crossover. Birgit will be joined by her special guest, jazz and musical theatre baritone, and London cabaret stalwart Phil Lee-Thomas, an the talented Orpheus Papaphillipou, and composer and gifted pianist Chris Taylor.
