After 10 years living and performing abroad, London-bred singer/songwriter/musician Danielle Morgan returned to the UK excited to share a very personal musical journey with her many fans. Those who have seen her perform live write and talk about how they are uplifted by Danielle’s universal themes and original melodies delivered with real power and honest emotion, supported by her amazing band. Past favourites and new tracks to be showcased at PizzaExpress in Holborn will be a kind of home-coming which promises to be an amazing night in one of London’s hottest venues!

Danielle began honing her skills at a young age, and it was her path to enter the world famous BRIT School in London and leave as one of the original graduates. Now, having composed over 50 original songs and works with co-writer John Merrigan, and with highly credited Los Angeles Producer, TheRealJonSmith (Luna Halo,4-time Grammy winner Kevin Max, etc).
Recorded at London’s Abbey Road Studios, Danielle released her acclaimed debut EP, ‘The Session’ in June 2016 to critical acclaim, with featured track, ‘No Trace Of You’ gaining extensive airplay. Clearly, Danielle and the band thoroughly enjoyed the experience: “Working with the band and Jon Smith brought boundless energy to find the big sound to evolve our style and vision for the music. It all came together so easily in Abbey Road.”
Danielle’s compositions are diverse in topic & eclectic in mood. She writes about her life experiences that everyone can relate to and interpret for themselves. Her vocals are compelling, uniquely her own. On stage, vocalist/pianist Danielle (who sang in a gospel choir) is at her natural best; passionate and powerful in full flight. Says Danielle of her live performances: “Be ready for a spontaneous, fun and emotional evening of great original music, with a fantastic band. It’s honest, heart-felt music that will take you on an emotional roller-coaster and leave you wanting more. No two shows are the same, so it’s guaranteed to be exciting and edgy!”
