For this special show Emma Rawicz will be joined by jazz singer Immy Churchill and pianist Scottie Thompson. Emma draws influences from a wide range of music, however a genre that is particularly close to her heart is that of the singer-songwriter, especially the music of greats such as Joni Mitchell. This special gig will combine influences of folk, jazz, singer songwriters and beyond. Expect original music alongside the band’s own takes on songs by great songwriters.

Emma Rawicz is a multi-award winning young saxophonist and composer, already making waves on the UK music scene. She has been described as "An astonishing new talent" (Jamie Cullum – BBC Radio 2), 'a force to be reckoned with' (Jazzwise) and 'a fast-rising star' (London Jazz News).   At the age of 21 she has already recorded and released an eagerly awaited debut album ‘Incantation’  and a second album featuring an all-star band is on the way. 

Immy Churchill is a jazz singer and singer songwriter studying at The Royal Academy of Music. As a member of The London Vocal Project, Immy has played with the likes of Norma Winstone and Dave Holland. As a soloist she has performed in The London Jazz Festival with her trio and also alongside Liane Carole. She has also performed with a range of ensembles at major jazz venues across London.

Emma and Immy will be joined by upcoming talent Scottie Thompson, a long-time collaborator of both, on piano.
