Following sold out performances at Pizza Express, Dean Street and Ronnie Scott's, acclaimed singer Gwyn Jay Allen brings his show to PizzaExpress Live, Holborn for its only London performance in 2018. Having performed earlier this year for Sir Michael Parkinson's London Palladium show with the 60 piece BBC Concert Orchestra, Gwyn Jay Allen's four piece band featuring Quentin Collins (trumpet), Al Macsween (piano), Neville Malcolm (bass) and Shaney Forbes (drums) promises to bring his Africanacity much closer and personal.

Born entertainer Gwyn's first album 'Land of Milk and Money' debuted at The Royal Albert Hall. His second album "I Love Louis" toured the globe with a stellar performance at The Louis Armstrong Museum House in New York.

Gwyn will now take us through that Creole Jazz journey from Africa to America and then back to Africa through songs from his forthcoming album 'Freetown - The Return' and classic Satchmo numbers.
