Jamie Lonsdale

Singer/songwriter Jamie was one of  the first to record his recent work at Abbey Road Studios in between lockdowns which was quite a challenge given all the covid restrictions engaging a full orchestra and choir over two days. Jamie also really enjoyed his two recent performances on BBC1 Songs of Praise and his various interviews with radio stations in the UK and abroad.

Jamie writes songs that he feels, and this seems to touch people of all ages; half his audience on Spotify are the same age as his children, and this was a pleasant surprise. Jamie’s recent release of his song Across the Sea has touched many during this period of lockdown, given that so many families are separated from loved ones.

Jamie has used lockdown to write two more songs which will be recorded in Abbey Road Studios this summer, and Jamie plans to take his cabaret evening on an international tour when the world reopens. He’s delighted to once again have the golden opportunity to perform live with his friends.
