Kasia Konstance

Kasia Konstance is an emerging singer-songwriter and flautist whose music draws on soul, jazz and R&B. She will be presenting music from her debut EP ‘Cosmic Dust’ which is set to be released in September 2021. Kasia grew up in a musical family and began her career aged 8 playing lead roles in productions at the Musical Theatre in her hometown Lublin. While taking part in various jazz workshops, Kasia fell in love with jazz and soul, and early influences Ella Fitzgerald, Blossom Dearie, Stevie Wonder and Lauryn Hill remain a source of inspiration today.

She started releasing her music in 2020 and has received great reviews and radio plays from BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC London, Jazz FM, Rinse FM, Reprezent Radio, Worldwide FM, Soho Radio, Japanese J-Wave, Brazilian Alpha FM and South African YFM, just to name a few.

As a member of Tomorrow’s Warriors Female Frontline, Kasia has performed at many festivals including Field Day, Love Supreme, Wilderness and Brainchild Festival as well as prestigious music venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Cadogan Hall supporting Monty Alexander during the EFG London Jazz Festival.

As a solo act, she recently supported Richard Spaven at The Jazz Café. She also headlined Greenwich Peninsula Jazz Weekender, PizzaExpress Jazz Club, Pop Brixton and Royal Albert Dock as part of London Jazz Festival 2019 and will appear at We Out Here and Wild Paths Festival this summer.

Kasia is currently working on her debut EP which will be out in 2021 and will feature some of her favourite artists including KinKai, Beau Diako, Ife Ogunjobi and Lorenz Okello-Osengor.
