Laurence Juber, the two-time Grammy award winning acoustic guitarist, jets in from the US for this two night residency at PizzaExpress Jazz Club Dean Street. Fusing jazz, pop and folk styles and internationally recognised as lead guitarist in Paul McCartney’s band Wings, Laurence creates multi faceted performances that belie the use of only one acoustic guitar. A world renowned guitar virtuoso, he has released 23 solo albums; the latest is Fingerboard Road, featuring 13 tunes from the ‘60’s & ‘70’s. 'LJ plays The Beatles' was voted one of Acoustic Guitar Magazine’s all-time Top 10 Albums.

Laurence brings together two giants of the U.K. jazz scene to play a wide range of classic jazz and popular music themes. Arnie Somogyi – double bass, is a much sought after musician, composer and band leader, performing and recording over 40 albums with leading pop legends and renowned jazz artists. Stephen Keogh – drums, with a classical percussion background, has worked all over the world with many great musicians and is well known for his versatility and accompanying skills as the drummer of choice for numerous jazz greats from the US.
