Lee and Stephen are delighted to be performing together again in their first show at the amazing (and extremely popular) PizzaExpress ‘Live’ venue in Holborn. These two good friends, and very talented performers, will bring an eclectic mix of their favourite songs, designed to thrill their audience. From Lee, the audience can expect songs from his current tour, his new album and previous musical theatre productions. From Stephen the audience will hear the songs he loves, but with his own very individual twist. Together, these two extraordinary singers will delight their many fans with a rich tapestry of musical magic, including songs from the influential artists who have inspired them. Their rare shows together sell very quickly so book early to avoid disappointment!

It’s hard to believe that it’s 15 years since Stephen Rahman-Hughes starred in ‘Bombay Dreams’ in the West End, and nearly 11 years since Lee Mead starred in ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ also in the West End.   Since then, this talented duo has gone on to enthrall us in so many musicals, concerts, films and on TV.  From Lee there was ‘Wicked’, ‘Legally Blonde’ and ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’ in addition to touring around the country with his own concert show. He also performed in an Oscar Wilde play, and has been seen latterly on our TV screens in both ‘Casualty’ and ‘Holby City’.  Lee has now released 5 solo albums.

Stephen had acting roles in ‘Emmerdale’, ‘Bad Girl’s, ‘Doctors’ and Sky One’s ‘Dream Team’.  He also performed as part of the musical group ‘Teatro’ to great acclaim.   A film star in Malaysia, more recently Stephen has been seen in the UK touring production of the ‘Rock of Ages’ musical and has just spent a year in ‘Aladdin’ in the West End.   He was also invited to sing for former President Obama at the ASEAN Summit. His most recent project was ‘OlaBola The Musical’ in Malaysia which he choreographed and performed in.

Expect some great music at this one-off opportunity to see both Lee and Stephen in action.  From Stephen you will hear songs like ‘Loch Tay Boat Song’, ‘After the Love has Gone’, ‘Moody’s Mood’, some jazz standards and some surprises!  From Lee you can expect ‘From Now On’ from the film ‘The Greatest Showman’, ‘Happiness is Me and You’ by Gilbert O’Sullivan, ‘Maria’, ‘Music of the Night’ and ‘Why God Why’ plus new songs which Lee has co-written.    There will also be an experienced and very talented live four-piece band playing too.  An evening not to be missed!
