The Pheasantry (Chelsea)

Come and join Singer/Songwriter Lisa Kwei on her return to the Pheasantry as she releases her crtically acclaimed new single 'Bullet Train' in Aid of Parkinsons UK. Her band will include Drummer Alun Harries (Bee Gees, Tori Amos, London Concert Orchestra, Limahl) Bassist Phil Laughlin (Limahl, Mamma Mia) and Pianist Clive Dunstall (Andrea Bocelli, RPO). Her sound is likened to Stevie Nicks and Dido with a flash of Bob Marley to add a twist. This night also features a very special Santa Suprise guest from Way Back and a support from ICMP.

Singer/Songwriter Lisa Kwei from London is back with a new Single/EP release and is very excited that she will be releasing this on her brand new platform Lisa Kwei Music Co in conjunction with Parkinsons UK. She is an amazing performer, Singer and songwriter who has sold thousands of album over the past 10 years and played many iconic shows at the Hippodrome, 606 Jazz Club, Weyfest, Guilfest to name a few and has shared the stage with Sam Brown, Jaki Graham, and even shared the bill with Chic and Bryan Ferry. She is heavily inspired by Stevie Nicks and that magic in her music shines through. Her songs have what she calls Fat Drum and Bass lines with the help of top session drummer Alun Harries and her attention to harmony and melody is of years gone by. To watch her perform with a band in such an intimate space as the Pheasantry is a treat and not one to miss. She will be releasing her single in line with this tour and hopes you will support her and her cause.
