Scottish jazz vocalist Louise Dodds will be launching her new album, 'The Story Needs an Ending', at PizzaExpress Dean Street this evening. The album is a collection of deeply personal songs, all written by Louise, that are both moving and uplifting, covering subjects such as female intuition, loss and grief, and learning to trust life again. The songs are rooted in jazz but also with songwriting at their core, and come from a deeply honest place. Louise will be joined on stage by fellow Scots Tom Gibbs (piano), Calum Gourlay (double bass) and Alyn Cosker (drums).
