Lunch with Mike Garson

Very special afternoon and unique opportunity for ‘Lunch with Mike Garson’. Comprising of a Q and A and a handful of songs with Mike and Simon Westbrook on vocals. Mike will be talking about his time with David Bowie starting from the phone call from artist manager Tony Defries in September 1972 asking if Mike would like to go on a rock tour across America. He had heard of neither manager Tony Defries nor his artist, David Bowie. Bowie was already huge in Britain and on the verge of breaking America, but his name would certainly not have been common currency in the jazz community.

We are delighted to announce that Mike will be joined by special guest Steve Norman of Spandau Ballet for this intimate performance.
