Michael Duke

Michael Duke started his musical journey hosting the popular underground music event ThisIsWired (formerly known as Wired). He welcomed the likes of Michael Kiwanuka, Thundercat, Terri Walker and Ed Sheeran to his stage. Since then Michael himself has been guest performer at many of London’s best music venues, toured with acts such as The Jacksons and has starred in West End shows for over 15 years. After starring as Bob Marley in the award-winning West End show Get Up Stand Up! and being nominated for a Black British Theatre Award in the role, Michael returns to the live music stage as himself. Expect to hear new original music, accompanied by his synergetic group of soulful musicians at the top of their game. As well as a unique blend of reimagined songs from the likes of Curtis Mayfield, Childish Gambino, Prince, D’Angelo and more.
