Peter Bernstein is one of the most important jazz guitarists in the world today. He has been vital figure on the jazz scene in New York, and world wide, since 1989. Over the years he has been an indispensable member in groups led by jazz legends such Sonny Rollins, Bobby Hutcherson, George Coleman, Lou Donaldson, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Fathead Newman, Jimmy Cobb, and alongside the leading members of his generation; Joshua Redman, Brad Mehldau, Diana Krall, and many more. As a leader, Peter has released nine albums and a DVD.

Current projects include his album, Monk, with Doug Weiss and Bill Stewart, a recently released solo record, Solo Guitar – Live at Smalls, and the highly acclaimed organ trio with organist Larry Goldings and drummer Bill Stewart.
The New York Times referred to them as: “the best organ trio of the last decade”.

Peter appears for these 2 nights with a rhythm section that has become a favourite of many world-class artists from the USA while on tour in Europe, including such illustrious names as Jerry Bergonzi, Charles McPherson, Terrel Stafford and Dick Oatts. It is comprised of Albert Palau on piano, Mark Hodgson on bass and Stephen Keogh on drums.
