He is the 2015 Parliamentary Jazz Awards ‘Newcomer of the year’ and was among the nominees for the 2015 Jazz FM 'Breakthough Artist' award. His debut album 'Safe and Sound' was in MOJO's top 10 jazz albums of 2014.
