Graduating from Leeds University with a BA in Music, Phoebe moved to London where she has been honing her skills as a songwriter and live performer.
In October 2014, Phoebe was commissioned to write the only piece of music in BAFTA and BIFA winning movie ‘Kajaki. The True Story’ (‘Kilo Two Bravo’ – US release). Her single ‘All Of My Life’ is the theme to the modern British War Film and has reached 100,000 plays on both Spotify and YouTube.
Phoebe has also written with producers and artists across a range of genres including neo-soul, dance, and pop. Phoebe is currently working closely with Tim Bazell (Heart of Gold Studios: Neneh Cherry, Duffy) and is beginning an exciting new artist project with him this year. Her songwriting skills mean Phoebe is becoming one of the UK’s most exciting and in demand talents.
As both a solo artist and with her band, Phoebe has played at a number of prestigious venues including The Pheasantry Music Club @ Pizza Express, The Century Club and Ronnie Scott's. Phoebe has played the festival circuit, including Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, El Dorado, Standon Calling, and Bestival. She has also performed on BBC Radio Kent and at the private 70th anniversary party for BBC Radio 4 Women's Hour.
