Robyn Marriot

Started performing from age 4 in dance shows with the Willson Academy, training in: Ballet, Tap, Modern and Musical Theatre and performed at Her Majesty's Theatre and The Indigo 02 for West End Dreams. Stylistically, she takes influence from Lady Gaga and Elton John and is also very interested in Jazz, Soul and Blues music, inspired by: Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Tony Bennett, Stevie Wonder and Bill Withers. The emotion, spontaneity and vitality of these singers is what she loves most and believes it is extremely important to recognise the racial discrimination for many performers and the roots behind these genres.
