“Genius delivery of sublime songs”

SO-UK: Music

Early in her career Estaire was picked by the Jazz and contemporary music organisation SERIOUS, selected for the 2011 Serious Move On Up artist development program. Since then she has worked with British Jazz singer Liane Caroll, Mike Walker, Emeli Sandé and Scott Stroman. Estaire has supported Will Young and Gabrielle before relentlessly touring the UK relentlessly with The George Michael Story whilst performing lead vocal for British soul heavyweight Steve Nichol of Loose Ends.

Ray Estaire is now ready to take the centre stage and share songs from her fourth coming debut album. If her success to date is anything to go by then you’re in for a satisfying listening experience. Joining Ray will be Neil Birse on Piano and Edwin Ireland on double bass. Each an artist schooled at none other than the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama, together they’ve forged a sophisticated trio that remind you why you fell in love with Jazz.
