Concert at OSO Theatre, Barnes

This is the first time at The Pheasantry for Rebecca Turner, multi-talented singer, pianist and songwriter from London.

Rebecca has a great band of seasoned musicians behind her, including session sax player Ian Down, performing her own compositions, some jazz standards and pop classics by Carole King, Carly Simon and Mary Chapin Carpenter to name just a few.

She has been playing on the London scene for many years as a pianist and backing singer, having done concerts with well known recording artists at The Eel Pie Club and 100 Club in London in the last few years.

She has been writing most of her adult life, but only recorded her own material in the last couple of years, collaborating with Wendell Richardson of Osibisa fame and Bob Thompson, a talented guitarist and singer on an album called 'Global Soundbite' which has received critical acclaim.

Rebecca has recently had a concert at the OSO Theatre in London, a sell-out performance showcasing her own songs. She continues to write, both for herself and other recording artists.

This is an evening of beautiful music, highly recommended and not to be missed.
