2017 marked ten years since Scouting for Girls burst onto the scene with their eponymous self-titled debut album and what a decade it’s been for the band. A debut that went triple platinum, a single that went straight to Number One and became a half-a-million-copies-selling generational anthem (‘This Ain’t A Love Song’), two million album sales, two million single sales, four Brit Award nominations, an Ivor Novello, four Top Ten singles, a sold-out Wembley Arena, a sold-out Royal Albert Hall, and a Greatest Hits that takes the tally of Top Ten albums to four.

Scouting For Girls

The British pop band went on from the self-titled debut released in 2007 to release ‘Everybody Wants To Be On TV’ in 2009, ‘The Light Between Us’ in 2012, their Greatest Hits in 2013 and ‘Still Thinking About You’ in 2015 that included hit single 'This Ain’t A Love Song'. 2015 also saw Scouting For Girls complete their 19 date UK headline tour, perform the V Festival main stage and complete a full schedule of summer shows.

Hailing from Kent’s Tunbridge Wells & Maidstone, The Gallerys exploded onto the UK music circuit in 2017 with their unique blend of 60s rock, Britpop and indie sounds which gained them immediate attention from BBC Introducing, Fred Perry Subculture & This Feeling. 

With over 200 gigs under their belt, they're a seasoned & in-demand live act. With shredding guitar solos, melodic harmonies, cutting bass lines and hard-hitting drum beats, their fierce live shows leave audiences wanting more & more. Having shared the stage with Louis Berry, Madness, The Sherlocks, The Blinders, The King Blues, The Skints, Space and embarking on UK tours with both The Rifles and The Bluetones they are no stranger to huge crowds and quickly sell out their headline shows. 


This rare intimate show in the Maidstone Music Room is part of the 30th anniversary celebrations of the venue.
