A ten-piece band led by alto saxophonist and composer Cassie Kinoshi, SEED presents a stellar line-up featuring some of London’s most up-and-coming young jazz musicians. Combining jazz with inner-city London, West African and Caribbean influenced groove, SEED explores a blend of genres through both original music and arrangements.

A ten-piece band led by alto saxophonist and composer Cassie Kinoshi combining jazz with inner-city London, West African and Caribbean influenced groove. In 2012 Cassie was shortlisted for the BBC Young Composer of the Year award and was recently nominated for Jazz FM Breakthrough Act of the Year 2016 as part of the ensemble Nerija.

Notable artists Cassie has worked alongside include Dele Sosimi, Zoe Rahman, Nathaniel Facey, Yazz Ahmed and Laura Jurd.
