Premiering at EFG London Jazz Festival 2021, Steve Taylor Fusion Phew features top UK drummer Steve Taylor's Jazz-Funk-Fusion inspired line up who have collaborated with Omar/ Ian Shaw / Nitin Sawhney to name a few. Tonight featuring prodigiously talented singer-songwriter guitarist Rosie Frater-Taylor and virtuoso Latin-jazz pianist Neil Angilley (Snowboy). Expect homage to the likes of Gil Scott Heron, Al Jarreau, Zero 7 plus Taylor's & writing partner vocalist Josie Frater's "Sparkling" (Radio 2) self-penned originals. New single 'Shining Stars' Come Out Summer 2022. Parliamentary Jazz award winning sax from Phil Meadows (Metropole Orkest).

Steve's augmented line-up, Big Band Explosion, have just recorded a brand new live album at the PizzaExpress Jazz Club in front of a mesmerised sold out crowd due for release later in the year.

Particularly known for his work in Jazz, Funk-Fusion & World music. Steve has beenperforming/collaborating with top artists, notably sharing the stage & airwaves with the likes of Nitin Sawhney, UK soul stars Mica Paris & Omar, Jazz vocalists Claire Martin obe, Ian Shaw , Broadcaster Clare Teal and BBC Radio London's Jumoke Fashola, 'Jazz Verse Jukebox' residency at Ronnie Scott's plus, the exhilarating 16 piece Steve Taylor Big Band Explosion.

Steve currently records with mega-talented singer-songwriter-guitarist & daughter Rosie Frater-Taylor, promoting her new album 'Bloom' voted Jazz FM album of the week,  Nominated for Gilles Peterson's Worldwide FM awards album of the year 2022, Jazzwise Album of the year and Don Was, legendary US record producer (& president of Blue Note records USA) best album out now, garnering over 1 million streams to date, with sessions for Jamie Cullum, Gilles Peterson \(Worldwide fm), Jazz Re-Freshed & Jazz FM.
