Ten Millennia featuring Snake Davis

Ten Millennia is a new band made up of a group of musicians who have played together for years. Their growing fan base has led to some well-deserved recognition and prestigious gigs, including supporting Jools Holland recently in their native Yorkshire, with more planned for later in the year.  Their sound is soulful pop with funky grooves, playing a mix of well known classics along with a selection of their original tunes.

They have just been invited to support the Corrs at Kew Gardens in July, in front of an estimated 8,000 people, which they are very much looking forward to.

Andy Wright, who has produced albums for artists including Simply Red, Annie Lennox, Luciano Pavarotti and Simple Minds is currently producing the band’s debut album.

Joining the band will be Snake Davis, one of the most in-demand rock and soul sax players in the world. He’s recorded on more than 500 tracks in recent years for over 60 artists including James Brown, Tina Turner, Paul McCartney, The Eurhythmics and Amy Winehouse.
