The Belle Adventure is a duo with a sexy, bootlegging, speakeasy vibe. They have a vintage flair and style their shows accordingly, mixing Bluesy Jazz and Soul with their distinctive flavour of Country Americana.
Kate and Simon are the husband and wife team behind The Belle Adventure and between them, they have over a decade of experience in the music and theatre industries. Kate has worked all over the world on both screen and stage, including playing Lily St. Regis in 'Annie', (London's West End, UK/International tour, Toronto), Rizzo in 'Grease' (UK Tour) and 'Puttin’ On The Ritz' (UK & International Tour).
Simon toured the UK and Europe as a Singer/Songwriter before working in Theatre Stage Management in London’s West End and the UK. He has released 2 EPs and has been featured on BBC Radio's 'Introducing' for both Devon and Cornwall.
Tonight’s shows combine their love of theatre and live music to create two stage shows that tell a simple story of two people falling in love, using a few words and a lot of great music.
