CUJO is Cambridge University's 20-strong premiere jazz ensemble, and features the cream of Cambridge's thriving student jazz scene. In the past they have worked with jazz legends such as Liane Carroll, Ian Shaw, Laurence Cottle, Mark Armstrong, Dennis Rollins, Steve Waterman, Gareth Lockrane, Stan Sulzmann and most recently, Soweto Kinch. Already planned for this year is a collaboration with the London based composer and saxophonist Trish Clowes at the Cambridge Jazz Festival, as well a special one-off concert directed by the BBC Big Band conductor Barry Forgie. Recent years have seen the band tour Berlin, Budapest, Prague and Istanbul, and record a CD in Bordeaux in 2014.

They have toured to Berlin, Budapest, Prague, Istanbul and recorded a CD in Bordeaux in 2014. Their performance this lunchtime will be the beginning of a great year of concerts, including working with renowned saxophonist Soweto Kinch last November.
