Bassist, band leader and co-founder of Tomorrow’s Warriors, Gary Crosby OBE brings together his trio for a night exploring his personal love affair with the instrumental jazz ballad. Taking the title of this special Valentine’s Day show from the track listing of John Coltrane’s Meditations album, Gary will be joined by Alex Ho (piano) and Eddie Hick (drums) as they explore the link between jazz and the great ballads of Cole Porter, Irving Berlin and George Gershwin. Joining the Trio as very special guest will be Mercury/MOBO award winning saxophonist, Denys Baptiste.
