Guitarist Tom Ollendorff is fast gaining a formidable reputation as an outstanding improviser and imaginative composer. At today's concert he presents music from his debut record ‘A Song For You’. The music is an elegantly accomplished mix of gracefully grooving songlike themes featuring warmly conversational improvising, up tempo swing and baroque-like unaccompanied etudes. Tom Ollendorff trio features Conor Chaplin on double bass and Marc Michel on drums.

Guitarist Tom Ollendorff is fast establishing himself as one of the top young voices on the London Jazz Scene. Having moved to London in 2016 he is quickly gaining a formidable reputation as an outstanding improviser and imaginative composer. His debut album A Song For You, was released in May 2021 on Fresh Sound Records. Tom has worked with some of the leading jazz names in the UK and internationally including, Ari Hoenig, Geoff Simkins, Bill McHenry, Jeff Williams and Huw Warren.
