Tom Seals
Seals is 24 years old and a fresh musical powerhouse of the piano. His excellent improvisation skills as well as a distinctive voice have left top industry officials hailing him as one of the UK's finest piano/vocalists. He appeared at Cheltenham Jazz Festivals' Gregory Porter and friends and was invited by Jamie Cullum to perform an impromptu 4 hand-1 piano version of Route 66 on his regional radio tour. In December 2018 saw the release of Tom's debut EP, "Where I'm At (Live)", which soared to #1 in the UK Blues Charts. Tom recently appeared at Jools Hollands' "Boogie-Woogie and Blues Spectacular" where he got to play alongside Jools.
Mo Pleasure
Morris "Mo" Pleasure's musical pedigree spans several genres - classical, sacred, jazz, Brazilian and funk are all strands of his musical DNA - and he finds expression through an equally impressive array of instruments. The instrumentalist, songwriter, arranger, and producer began playing piano when he was four. By the time he was a teenager he had become proficient in trumpet, guitar, drums and violin. Fresh out of UConn, he began his career playing bass with Ray Charles, and since those early years he has performed with some of the biggest names in jazz, R&B and pop such as George Duke, Natalie Cole, Dianne Reeves, Roberta Flack, Christina Aguilera, Michael Jackson and David Foster. In 1993, he became a member of the legendary group Earth, Wind & Fire, and ascended to become the band’s musical director from 1994-2001. Mo Pleasure has cultivated a legendary career as a "musician's musician" while using his own solo work as a canvas for musical experimentation that is colorful and dynamic.
