Recognised as two of the most groundbreaking contemporary jazz composers of their generation, pianists Nikki Yeoh and Zoe Rahman will have you at the edge of your seat as they share their talents across two grand pianos. Featuring specially arranged music from their outstanding solo piano records Solo Gemini and Dreamland, this pair will challenge the boundaries of piano playing in a hugely entertaining way.

"At first the two pianists were so in tune with each other that it was hard to tell them apart. But as they gleefully swapped phrases and alternated lead and support, Rahman’s firm pentatonics and Yeoh’s syncopated fluency grew more distinct. As the evening progressed, the two pianists swapped pianos, played side by side and delivered emotions that ran deep. Rahman’s 'Zantastic' and 'Epicentre' referenced boogie and burlesque alongside Sturm und Drang. Yeoh’s heartfelt 'Elderflower and Ivy' captured the emotions of grief in summertime, while 'Be-Bop' raised spirits. It took a while to coax the duo to return for the enticingly angular encore 'Solo Gemini'. They deserve a longer run."
