London Django Collective

Fleche Dor

PizzaExpress Jazz Club (Soho)

The London Django Collective is a project born to create a place for musicians in London influenced by the musical legacy of the great Django Reinhardt. For this special concert LDC takes the music of Django back to Paris where it was orginally born. 'Fleche Dor', the name for one of Django's later compositions, was also the train that went from Paris to London in the mid 20th Century so the perfect title for a concert with the following special guests; French guitarist, Adrien Tarraga, well established in Paris as one of the top players of the new generation and recently releasing his album 'Adrien Tarraga Quartet' to critical acclaim. Adrien's virtuosity and dedication to Django bring a fresh take to the genre.
