After a long catalog of performances - including selling out Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club 5 times - the relentlessly soulful jazz-funk outfit Mulvey’s Medicine are bringing their home-brewed funk to the iconic PizzaExpress Jazz Club for the very first time.
‘We’ve Been Waiting’ their latest EP deconstructs soul and reshapes funk but not like you’ve known before. Using a blend of Herbie’s high speed fusion, the defiance of The J.B’s and the charm of Hathaway’s meaningful lyrics - This band doesn't just turn heads but turns you on to their new sound.
