Success Express continues to introduce exciting new Independent artists to new audiences at PizzaExpress Live. We are thrilled to present a wonderful trio of rising artists headlined by the highly impressive and engaging soul pop artist Ally Thorn, together rnb/jazz/soul from Jennifer Coy and the very welcome return of gifted and soulful singer-songwriter Hux.

Ally Thorn

After her latest collab track "Adventure" saw over 1M combined streams in less than 3 months, she’s now returned with driving and iridescent Pop record "Lost Child”. It showcases Ally's intimate, story-telling vocal, backed by warm guitars and rhythmical textures. In 2022, she supported The Nicotine Dolls at The Waiting Room, as well as, played alongside Lily Agnes and Midnight at the Beyond The Woods showcase event late last year.

2023 is a super exciting one for Ally, finally dropping her debut EP, which showcases five of her best tunes yet, the first of which “Real Feels” you can stream privately at the SoundCloud.

Jennifer Coy

Jennnifer Coy is a 24 year-old English singer/songwriter who performs a fusion of Jazz, Pop and Neo-Soul to create her unique sound. Her deep, jazzy tinged vocals are a beautiful combination of artists who influenced her from Sarah Vaughan to Jorja Smith, and Celeste. Her velvet-voiced storytelling is classic yet fresh, drawing the listener in.  Jennifer makes her anticipated live debut with us for this show.

Australian singer-songwriter Hux relocated to London just a few years back and hasn't looked back. His stunning, soulful voice and thoughtful gentle, yet vibrant songwriting has seen him garner much support including a main support for Robbie Williams at The Roundhouse, several Spotify editorial playlists and a string of sold out headline shows. With a string of exceptional releases in 2023 his music is unforgettably touching and live shows with his acoustic, harmonic trio are simply not to be missed.
