BGT Golden Buzzer Winner and featured vocalist on Artful Dodger’s hit track, ‘Please Don’t Turn Me On’, joins Janine Johnson for what promises to be a Soul In The City to remember.

A career spanning over 25 years in the music industry, this South London velvet voiced soul singer began his career in the 90s supporting Gabrielle and E17 as a member of the boy band Public Demand. His collaborations and performances include: Jools Holland, Incognito, Joey Negro and many more.

Host of Soul In The City for the last 7 years, Janine Johnson, as well as being a rising solo artist on the Jazz/Soul music scene, she is a lead vocalist with the Westcoast Soulstars, Cool Million and Urban Voices Collective.  She works internationally with her Soul Diva shows and regularly in the music industry as a backing vocalist and session singer. Her collaborations include: Ian Shaw, Paloma Faith, Bobby McFerrin, Cool Million, Take That, George Michael, Ray Davies, The Who, Kaiser Chiefs, Sarah Jane Morris, David Arnold and the list continues.
