Steve Williamson Trio

Revered British jazz saxophonist, Steve Williamson, makes a welcome return to Dean Street with his new trio. Williamson was one of the original Jazz Warriors, along with Courtney Pine, Gary Crosby, Orphy Robinson and others, who had a huge impact on the UK jazz scene from the mid-1980s. Signed to Verve in the early 1990s, he recorded two critically acclaimed albums with guest singers - 'A Waltz For Grace' with Abbey Lincoln and 'Rhyme Time' with Cassandra Wilson. In the last five years, there has been a resurgence of interest in Williamson's music and his shows always sell out, so get your tickets early!
