Alexander Bryson is a leading London-based jazz pianist and will be launching his acclaimed debut album 'The Alexander Bryson Trio', which features eclectic set of tunes from mid-century era of hard-swinging American jazz, such as Mogie, by Lee Morgan, Chicken an’ Dumplin’s, by Ray Bryant, and Sweet Pumpkin, by Ronnell Bright. Brian Priestley, writes: ‘It’s not just the variety of materials that impresses here, but variety of timing and of textures within the overall style, which shows the depth of Bryson’s approach’. With British jazz stalwarts Matt Fishwick (drums) and Jeremy Brown (bass), this much anticipated record launch marks the arrival of an exciting and original new trio on the London scene.

Alex Bryson is a leading British jazz pianist and recording artist signed to Hard Bop Records. Since graduating from New York City’s New School for Music in 2015 he has featured regularly at internationally prestigious venues including The Cotton Club (NYC), Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club (UK) and Washington DC’s Blues Alley.
 
Currently based in London (UK), Alex is a sought after sideman performing with renowned jazz artists including Grant Stewart, Chris Cheek, Alex Garnett, Steve Fishwick, Ossian Roberts and many others.
