This show launches one of our favourite albums to date on the PX Records label.  A truly magical album recorded live at the PizzaExpress Jazz Club in June 2023.

Ian and Tony are joined by Barry Green, piano, and Dave Green, bass, in a celebration of the songs of two pivotal jazz giants: bandleader, pianist and composer, Duke Ellington; and the openly gay lyricist, pianist, composer and close friend of Martin Luther King and Lena Horne - Billy Strayhorn.
